Returns & Exchanges

At Hella Heels, we want to ensure your footwear is a perfect fit for your dance floor performance. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your heels within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the heels in their original branded box and protective dust bags, ensuring all tags are attached and the soles show no signs of indoor or outdoor wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the original mailing bag or a new shipping box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
